DotA addicts, a new map has come out and it has a lot of developments. The map supports things like properly tracking item ownerships, fusing recipes with a full inventory as well as fixing a lot of older miscellaneous bugs and usability issues, and setting groundwork for other things in the future. Major Item Changes:
1.) Kelen’s Dagger of Escape – cannot be activated until 3 seconds after receiving
damage
2.) Eul’s Scepter of Divinity – infinite cyclones but reduced duration into 2.5
seconds, +20 movement speed, increased recipe to 800
3.) Orchid Malevolence – Soul Burn (silence and amplify damage) for 5 seconds,
+20 intelligence, +40 damage, +30% attack speed, requires 3 Oblivion Staffs
4.) Guinsoo’s Scythe of Vyse – +10 strength, +10 agility, +35 intelligence,
requires Mystic Staff, Ultimate Orb, Void Stone, no recipe needed
5.) Sange and Yasha – 16% Maim, +16% movement speed and attack speed,
requires Boots of Travel and Eul’s Scepter of Divinity
6.) Shiva’s Guard – removed stack restriction
7.) Bottle – added cooldown to usage, reduced cost
